\n2 tablespoons organic balsamic vinegar<\/a>
\n1 clove of organic garlic<\/a> or 1\/4 tsp. 1\/2 teaspoon garlic granules<\/a> (optional)
\n1\/2 teaspoon mustard<\/a>
\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Preparation:
\n<\/em>In a small bowl, mix the soya lecithin powder with warm water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. This may take a few minutes, so be patient.
\nIn a separate bowl, mix together the organic extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic (if using) and mustard.
\nSlowly pour the dissolved soya lecithin mixture into the bowl with the oil, vinegar and the other ingredients. Continue whisking as you fill to ensure that the dressing emulsifies properly. Whisk until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
